Farmers’ Markets are popping up and warm weather is in the air! Before the bounty of produce comes in, there are still many wonderful things available at the markets. Appetizers are the perfect way to use the best of what’s around! Bridgett Lowery of 416 will show you how to make a delicious crostini with local cheese and bread, and a delightful deviled egg with fresh local eggs garnished in a variety of ways. Each student will enjoy a demo and be hands on to make their own delicious deviled egg creation. The class will eat together and take home the recipes to enjoy again and again. Don’t delay!
