Event Description:
We will start with the presubmitted questions discussing how the answer was reached and move on to the questions arising from that discussion. This Forum is designed to be interactive between the participants and with the moderator. Think of the incident as a check and the log as your checkbook. If the log isn’t accurate your actions to prevent recurrence aren’t targeted so there is no “deposit” in your checking account! The last 15 minutes will be on how to mine, analyze, the 300 log data to identify commonalities, trends, recurring injuries, equipment of locations. This will allow your safety team to focus their energy and resources most effectively.
