Chef Shelly Platten, Healthy Chef Shell, LLC Everybody loves the bounty of a summer garden, but sometimes it can feel like too much of a good thing all at once! Join Chef Shelly for an evening of a spontaneous garden harvest that will be full of tasty and easy ways to enjoy your veggies and herbs with dishes. Our dishes will be inspired by what we harvest and could include delicious options such as zucchini fritters and fresh salsa, Thai cucumber salad or fresh herb pestos. Don’t delay! Register right away as classes may fill quickly. We also value our instructors’ time, so classes may risk being canceled due to low early enrollment. Thank you!
