Heid Music is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Appleton location. We select team members who take pride in their work and embrace our concept of providing “Bravo” customer service and pursuing our passion for making music.
The Administrative Assistant will arrange and coordinate company meetings and events, This position will prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as well as maintain databases. The Administrative Assistant will answer and manage incoming calls and respond to and distribute incoming communications. This position interacts with internal staff at all levels in addition to external customers.
Qualified candidates will ideally have an Associates Degree in Administrative Studies along with a minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative support. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite is required. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures is necessary. Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Event planning experience is preferred.
