Job Description

We are looking for a high energy Customer Care Coordinator to provide key value to the organization by being the first impression to visiting guests and incoming organizational telephone calls, while providing superior service to customers.
 
This position will be customer facing greeting them to our facility, receiving incoming calls along with accurately processing orders through system and proactively monitoring and communicating customers' anticipated requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates and promotes Crane’s core values (Act with Integrity and Respect, Foster Teamwork, Focus on the Customer, Strive for Excellence and Innovation, Project Passion and Energy and Have Fun).
  • Determines the nature of callers’ business and directs them to appropriate destination.
  • Welcomes all guests with enthusiasm by greeting them, answering and referring questions.
  • Process and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Monitor and distribute Purchase Order in-box to appropriate designee(s).
  • Assists in scheduling and planning customer and internal meetings. Coordinates any required meal catering.
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed.
 
Job Specifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment.
  • Ability to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations.
  • Writes clearly and informatively.
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
Crane Engineering offers a competitive compensation. Hours of operation for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
