Payroll/Benefits Specialist

Heid Music provides solutions that foster happy and developing musicians. We are expanding our Human Resources team to include a part-time Payroll/Benefits Specialist.  The Payroll/Benefits Specialist is critical to Heid Music’s success in creating and maintaining a “Bravo” customer service experience for our internal customers. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to be proactive.
 
The Payroll/Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes and maintaining accurate records within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This role will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while upholding compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
 
Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field along with a minimum of two years experience in payroll administration and HRIS management.  A solid understanding of payroll regulations and payroll tax laws is required.  Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms is needed along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
