General Beer Northeast is looking for an outgoing energetic individual to fill this entry level sales position.

This full time position is perfect for someone who has a passion for the Beer industry and enjoys building relationships with customers and selling some Wisconsin's finest craft beers over the phone.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Tel-Sell position is responsible to sell and service all assigned tel-sell and house accounts in a professional manner. This is an inside sales position.

  • • Aggressively strive to sell all packages into all accounts
  • .• Enter sales orders into the ordering system and complete internal records/forms.
  • • Ask the customer for an inventory of all General Beer products.
  • • Communicate the importance of rotating all products on a "first in, first out" basis.
  • • Discuss pricing on products and note competitor's pricing and activities.
  • • Show an interest in each customer and listen to their concerns and comments.
  • • Follow up on all customer complaints to ensure that the problems are solved.
  • • Attend monthly sales meetings.
