Behavioral Health Case Manager - CCS Youth Specialty
Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Manager and Supervisor, provides comprehensive assessments on clients age 17 and younger to determine eligibility for the CCS program, responsible for the completion of all initial and on-going CCS paperwork and coordination of all CCS services and implementation. Performs related duties as required.
